If you read the novel or paid attention to the date episode, Shirou said that he would like to become taller, and they mention that he can indeed reach it, with the right exercise and nutrition.

fate s/n has been out for many years. Same for f h/a, even if translation came out recently.
games have been modded for years. Far more complex ones than s/n. How come no one took character and background art from s/n and h/a to make new routes? You could still use audio in the background , just not voice acting, but you could still add text.
