Mahou Sensou was consistently crap from start to finish. With Kancolle you can see they put plenty of effort and love into episode 1 and maybe 3 episodes after that. It all went to shit past the halfway point and bottomed out at "not even Shaft can animate at this level if they only had a penny" tier at the end.
