Ok so I'll try to spell it out, if anyone is still confused. Misaka WORST is a specific clone that so far as I know only exists in the books as of yet. These guys arent saying shes best or worst girl as they often are, thats just her name. Also the sister collective is my favorite of all the versions of misaka, I love their way of narrating their emotions, instead of emoting them. I find it endearing.
Also no drug as far as I know of yet allows you to completely disassociate from reality in a fantasy of your own choosing. Closest thing is PCP, but you dont get to pick your hallucinations. Best advice here if your serious is to just roll a J dude
