It's the most jaw-dropping anime moment I've ever experienced. I had never heard of or heard the song before, and i was watching EoE at 4am on my shitty 1024x768 dell monitor. The second GNR started coming out of the thing and the song started playing, I exhaled like a motherfucker and started smiling like crazy at how fucking beautiful it was. I actually rewound the scene and watched it from the beginning twice in a row, my fucking mind was blown.
To this day, a decade later, EoE is still the best work of art I've ever seen in my fucking life.
