What are you talking about? About the only time in HF where she acts jealous of Rider is when Shirou acts like he is about to confess his love to her or something, even Shirou says as much that he fucked up. When you just tell Rider honestly that you want her to sit and eat with everyone, Sakura joins in and helps you make her a meal.
Other than that, there was no such examples in HF, and there was only one in Hollow that wasn't Rider's fault.
