For whatever reason I find the archetype kind of funny and like some of the better female characters are coming out of it of late. Its not the laughing idiot ojousamas I like though but the hot blooded ones that put their money where their mouths are like Lili from Tekken.
Also hime cut Ojou sama is the superior type along with the drink tea and play violin by night and then beat people with fists by night type.

I don't mind pampered, but super-haughty is a big turn off. Modest oujo with a lovely laugh and a caring, shy, sweet personality but with the added bonus of being able to put you in your place for being a retard asshole is best.

No, I don't like haughty characters. Mai waifu is the heir of a high-ranking noble family and thus arguably is an ojou-sama, but she's kind, polite and humble so she doesn't fit the archetype.
