Does Cowboy Bebop have the greatest collection of associated music for an anime?
Probably. Certainly the most range and very consistent. Though sometimes the lack of focus inhibits the music when actually used within the show.

You know what's funny though? Alot of American film composers also have a background and interest in rock music, and in interviews they say that they don't really listen to soundtrack music in their free time, simply because they work on it so hard and for so long. Maybe Yoko just isn't as good at covering her tracks as most other composers.
