SZS easy, it just floored me at the time I watched it. Everything: The OPs, the EDs, the crazy amount of details and gags crammed into every hiding corner, the rewatchability, the huge cast, Sensei's comical cynicism, the hipster art student styling, holy fuck.
Monogatari series is a close second.

Sasami-san because it felt like classic SHAFT but with updated animation.
