I wouldn't say Tohsaka and Chitoge are bad ones, especially Tohsaka. Even as a Tsundere, she genuinely cares about Shirou (somehow) and is really weak-willed to actually hurt him.
As for Chitoge, she's a good character paired with a superbly idiotic MC that doesn't realize her true feelings for him and goes full beta all the time.
Other things on your list like Kurisu, Chidori, and Eri - yeah they're good examples of Tsundere, but as far as I can remember, Kurisu was pretty weak at it compared to Chidori.
