Maybe Saber, but I don't think Arturia actually gets as much as people think she does. In UBW she's basically a side character in a world of Rin and Archer and in HF, Alter happens. Either way, she doesn't really reach her conclusion, which is only resolved properly in Fate.

Dies in this route like a punk and gets eaten and doomed to be forever blacked and unable to go to avalon thanks to Sakura. Yeah the other two routes screw over Saber pretty hard. Only the fate route makes her the happiest while Rin and Sakura don't get completely fucked over in most of the routes. In Fate they re console, in UBW it's up in the air. as sakura won't have to suffer shinji abuse and rape worms anymore and heaven's feel has this The sisters are shits!

What happens to Shirou in HF True is fucking nightmare worthy. His entire existence is literally tied to Sakura. No independence, no free will, he is effectively and LITERALLY a puppet for this omnipotent bitch who is well known to be jealous and hysterical at times.
Depending on how you look at it, it can be an outright bad end.

While Saber technically reaches her answer at the end of true, there's really not enough development of her motives and journey to satisfactorily conclude her story.
