Tonight I'm bringing you a shit translation of the first chapter of a certain otherwise fun Kirara manga, "New Game!". I hope some actual scanlation group will pick this up so I don't have to.

I know I suck at adapting puns but I have no other ideas.
I had been wondering when someone was going to translate this. I have seen it mentioned in many places like yaraon, baidu and all that jazz.

And this is the actual artstyle, no more fancy colors and grayscales. Mind you, I still find it really cute and I'm now interested in Komorebi no Kuni.

Hopefully now a few more people will be aware of this and a decent translator finds some time to do this. The first volume is out, the second volume is supposed to be released this winter.

Definitely read Komorebi no Kuni. It's at least just as cute (if not cuter) than New Game!, and the manga is drawn entirely in color. The artist is also very good at scenery porn, which you don't get to see much in New Game! because it's a 4-Koma. Highly recommended.

It's not even about the games industry so far aside from some character design discussions. The first volume is pretty much about the girls getting to know each other, the volumes here are just 120 pages. Kirara SoL set in a game dev company instead of a school.
