Good thing she was best girl as well. Green was an acceptable alternative, or anything other than that grey trash.
The best thing that ever happened in Code Geassever.
I'm not even a Harukafag, but Haruka had the besting ending.

I don't know if hurt is the right word but I gone thru the 5 stages of bad endings.
The Kirino ending didn't make it bad, honestly. It was the bad writing and forced harem bullshit.
At that point, I was expecting that little murican girl to come back and ask MC out too.
>>113797365
The writing was really good. Read the pastebin, pic related or the after story. They all help making sense out of the shit the butthurt Kuronekofags in charge of the anime made.

>>113798176
I was mostly happy for Kyouko and Sayaka.
While Homura was insane at the time there's no doubt she'll mend her relationship with Madoka at some point. That's hinted at very strongly by the fact Madoka kept the ribbons Homura gave her. Meaning she basically kept a gift a completely stranger gave her.
So it's not nearly as a bad as people make it out to be.
>>113798184
I don't really get how you could have tears of joy over it, pretty much the previous scene was Homura saying she may kill them or destroy the universe, and considering Sayaka was just brainwashed, there's no one to stop her.
The happiness that would come from the whole normal life thing seems like it's going to be pretty short lived if it's hinging on a psychotic teenager.
In Gunbuster this made me go this is a good ending, then after watching diebuster it made me tear up.
>>113798264
That wasn't the same person.
>>113798264

Homu may be psychotic, but with t he number of loops she's been through, she isn't a teenager.

Fucking good one bro, the best you can hope for is some kind of Psycho Pass kind of thing where Homu disappears while the rest of the girls forget she ever existed except for Madoka. And Madoka hopes she's happy.

>>113798444
Maybe, After said scene he tells people which girls he wants to fuck
>>113798264
>Homura saying she may kill them or destroy the universe
She was saying that because at the time she was trying to give everyone what they wanted. Sayaka wanted to be a hero a justice and Homura was giving her a person to fight. She has no intentions of really doing it.
And even if that normal life happiness may be short lived it's still more than Kyouko ever had before. And now Sayaka is close to her just like she was in the dream word.
>>113798421
Maybe, but it's a moot point. Because even if their relationship does ultimately end in the being separated again they will have made up before it happens.
>>113798493
>tells people
Tells the viewers****
>>113798232
This. It was canvas 2 all over again. Shit imouto getting jelly and start to confuse her brother with their spoiled and selfish attitude.
>>113798512
It's not a moot point when Madoka discovers what Homura did, it'll practically be a complete reversal of when she found out Homura was trying to save her in season 1.

She was trying to give everyone want they wanted superficially. The only one who was unhappy with the previous timeline was Homura, and there was no reason for it to be changed other than the fact that she wanted to spend time with Madoka ((Which was totally unnecessary, because she was just about to join her in Madoheaven forever.))
Sayaka wanted to be a hero of justice but at the end of the series timeline after she's been taken by Madoka she says she's fine with things as they are in the new world, and that it's better that way, the only thing Sayaka was unhappy about was that she couldn't be with Kyouko ((Which, again, would have been achieved in Madoheaven eventually))
Homura was being completely selfish in the choice she made there, she's just trying to keep everyone distracted so they wont get in her way of what she wants, which Sayaka was planning on doing.
>>113798675
>the only thing Sayaka was unhappy about was that she couldn't be with Kyouko
>>113795234
I loved that ending.
>>113798707
Whether it was intended or not, it really came out that way, I don't really care about Sayaka/Kyouko shit, just repeating what I saw in the movie.
It was kind of an asspull, but I still cried like a bitch
>>113798585
I'm not sure what you mean? You mean that she'll be mad at Homura? Maybe, but the way story progression works they will not stay mad forever. And they will end on good terms.
>>113798675
>The only one who was unhappy with the previous timeline was Homura
Too lazy to go take the screen shot. But Kyouko was really upset that Sayaka was dead.
>I had a sickening dream.jpg
As well as Mami still being alone. Something that was cured be her meeting up with Nagisa in new world Homura made.
Also, Homura was only dealing with the situation the best way she knew how. She thought that Madoka was unhappy with being Madokami because QB told her it would be like a living hell, and in the field of flowers Madoka told her that she always wanted to be with her family and friends.
Even if that's not exactly what Madoka meant it's what Homura thought was true. So she was trying to save Madoka. That just happened to be Homura's goal as well.
>>113797834
My memories regarding that show is hazy but essentially MC died but they cloned 11 copies of him and each girl grabs a few.
>>113798841
> Something that was cured be her meeting up with Nagisa in new world Homura made.
But Mami forgot about it anyway.
She thought that Madoka was unhappy with being Madokami because QB told her it would be like a living hell.
Even though Madoka herself said that she was completely fine being incorporeal and that she would be able to exist near everyone forever, also the same point I made earlier, when Homura is about to be taken by Madoka does she look the least bit unhappy? No, she's practically oozing joy because she gets to be with Homura again, even to the very last second before Homura fucked everything up it should be pretty obvious to anyone that Madoka wasn't unhappy with the wish she made.
Also, the flower field scene was basically pointless, we and Homura know at this point through every single timeline that while Madoka does love her family and current way of life, she'll forsake it every single time to do the right thing, so it's obvious that this new timeline won't work either, because Homura knew Madoka would remember eventually, and then having Madoka as her enemy will be the complete opposite of what she wanted and could have achieved at the end of the movie.
>>113798841
>Something that was cured be her meeting up with Nagisa
Why is mami such a pedo?
I can't think of a series I finished recently that had any sort of a memorable ending.
Most anime these days are adaptations of ongoing material, and manga either get cancelled or have shit endings anyway.
Ping Pong almost got a good ending but in my opinion it really shouldn't have shown who won the tournament(but still have the timeskip just the same).
I guess the most satisfying ending from the last year or so was Black Bullet, because it ended in such a perfect place. If I pretend the story won't have a continuation, the anime ending alone would be enough to redeem that entire trainwreck.
>>113795234
And yet people still try to say with a definite confidence as to what happened to him after this. Its mere speculation and its creator is not willing to dig it up again just to keep fans content.
Bang.
>>113799098
He's dead, Jim. People who argue otherwise are in denial. The creator won't say because he knows it's not his place to because the work conveys the message just fine.
>>113795234
The delivery was flat as fuck.
>>113795234
Imoutits ending was god awful. Not because Imoutits or tsundere were better or worse than each other, it just came out of nowhere.
>>113799007
Mami did not forget about anything. Saying otherwise is just baseless speculation.
Don't forget, Homura is not in a stable frame of mind. As made clear by all the suicide imagery. Homura is also trying to stop the incubators from capturing Madokami as a power source. And while Madoka may have already had that covered, Homura didn't know that.
She's not doing any this out of spite or greed, only what she thinks is best for Madoka. So if she can take on the burden of the universe's entropy system rather than Madoka, she'll do it. Even if Madoka is still happy with her wish her wish. It's her second choice in happiness. First being with her family and friends.
Though, we have gotten a bit off track. Because I said I was happy for Kyouko and Sayaka. And that's the best part about the ending.
That a poor orphan girl finally gets a little bit of peace and joy.

>>113799337
I got two of my three ships canon, and a hint at one I had given up on possibly happening, so i can't complain too much.
>>113799261
I'm pretty sure it's implied everyone forgot about what happened apart from Homura herself, otherwise they would all be hunting for her like Sayaka was.
> Homura is trying to stop the incubators from influencing Madoka
I'm pretty sure it was made clear that due to the fact that the incubators have basically no understanding of Madoka their only link to her was through Homura, and you know what would've solved that? Homura going with Madoka in the end of the movie. The incubators now have no one in that world who remembers her apart from maybe Madoka's litter brother, who will forget when he grows older anyway.
> It's her second choice of happiness
Doing the right thing was always first in her mind, and I'd assume doing the right thing and giving thousands if not millions of girls salvation from everlasting despair would give her more happiness than being with her family and knowing she gave that up ((which she will know, eventually))
> That a poor orphan girl finally gets a little bit of peace and joy.
Followed shortly by a apocolyptic fight with an all powerful demon god, if I were Sayaka I'd give up that little snippet of happiness in a second if I knew why it happened and what terrible thing is going to happen after it. Like I said, Kyouko would eventually be saved by Madoka, as well as Mami and.. maybe Nagisa? Is she still a magical girl? and they'd all be together with all the other magical girls. I really don't get why people don't think that's a better ending than this time bomb to destruction that Homura has set up.
>>113797834
>>113798334
Oh please. If you REALLY want a bad ending, it transcends to an another realm, try that show where a witch wants MC's D but his sisters (who is also witches, plot twist) protect the D (and occasionally tries to take it, of course). I don't want to remember that piece of shit but that ending is so bull even going back in time will not save my soul.
>>113799453
Which ones were those?
I was okay with the ending of Negima since I knew it was coming and it was much less bad than I was led to believe.
>>113799497
That MC was poor guy. He didn't even know what's going on.
>>113799508
Kotaro and Natsumi and Setsuna and Konoka. Nodoka and Yue for the bonus "this wasn't canon but there are hints and I had thought it impossible." The one that didn't go through at all was Negi and Chisame.

Magikano?

>>113799562
UQ Holder actually makes Negi and Chisame possible though.
It also ruined Setsuna for me because it's implied she grew a dick.
I guess you could ship Yue and Nodoka, but them ending together after confessing to Negi and getting rejected is kinda... eh.
Rayearth was wonderful
It started like average and was average and cliched till past three quarters of the series. Towards the end it got beautiful.
>>113799485
Okay, I was trying to be nice. But you have no clue how to greentext, and your double parenthesis screams "forum trash". And that stupid broken ellipsis is where I draw the line. You need to stop.
You are also not clear about what they are forgetting. But it doesn't matter because nothing they could forget is relevant to this point.
The incubators are an immortal race. They would have found out how to deal with Madokami at one point or another.
Madoka also did it because she had no other option. It was either "become god" or "let everyone is the city die". Homura managed to do the same thing, but allow Madoka her normal life.
And the last part of your post I'm going to ignore because I don't care what you would personally do. This is an anonymous board. You don't have an identity here.
>>113799645
>UQ Holder
It's shit though. I really don't care what it does. Even if it actually ends up making Negi and Chisame canon, still I can't consider that true for Negima.
>>113799728
And then that reveal happened and it went to shit
Pretty damn creepy and disturbind at times. Liked the ride really much nonetheless.
>>113799784
Eh, it's a decent battle shounen with a pretty interesting gimmick(everyone being immortal), and it's fun putting together all the bits and pieces of information about Negima that it contains.
It's just a different kind of manga than Negima was, with absolutely no romance. I'm enjoying it, though.
>>113799645
>It also ruined Setsuna for me because it's implied she grew a dick.
No, it's implied she fucked a duded and there was no yuri end for them.
>>113799941
You didn't actually read it, did you.
>>113799965
Oh I did. And I'm also smart enough to know that there would be no reason for the author to imply she may have had a child with another man if that's not what he intending.
If he wanted to solidly the fact they got together he would have. But he did the exact opposite.

This could be something forced by the editors.
>We're not comfortable with the implication two girls got married in the end of Negima. Back off on it in the sequel or find another publisher.
Not saying it's what happened, and I really don't care, but mangaka can't always deliver their original intent. Sometimes this is for the better, sometimes for the worse.
>>113800242
Because it has nothing to do with the gender bending. And everything to do with implying she got together with someone else and had a legitimate child.
