Well, the very first time the NSA 'leaks' someone's private porn dossier in an attempt to discredit them will be the very last time the NSA ever does anything as an organization. They're already treading thin ice with public outcry over all of their leaks, and they are nowhere near competent enough to spread private information without it being traced back to them. Nobody likes the idea of the NSA watching them and as soon as they abuse the privilege it'll get taken away when they're swept up in the moral panic.
