Don't worry about it. I mean, let's be honest, it might be best if it doesn't become popular.
Look at Shingeki no Kyojin for a good example. Back when the manga was newer, there were threads every now and then, and usually it was focused on what was going on in the recent chapters and predictions about what would happen. Then, after the anime was announced, the threads got worse and worse, devolving into the shit-flinging and waifu wars that we have today. I'm not trying to be elitist; I know that they still talk about current chapters and predictions and stuff, but 1/2 of the threads are other nonsense.
Just enjoy this manga and try to participate in the threads when you can. I think that once 2 or 3 volumes are released, there will be more to talk about. Chapter 8 has the biggest development so far, and the manga goes on a break after that until October, so there's just not much to say.
