It has nothing to do with Milky Holmes at all. There are pretty much absolutely zero similarities other than them both being colorful.
That being said, this was a 6/10 show that everybody will ultimately forget and Milky Holmes is a timeless masterpiece. It was fun, though - glad I watched it.
