Well, Sharingan and Byakugan aren't all that broken. Sharingan didn't become a mess until the Mangekyou upgrade, which would not likely show up in a sequel other than Sasuke cameos. Also, Salad might even use the damn thing correctly to become a new copyninja, given her focus on intellect. Let's face it, Sasuke was just as much an idiot as Naruto and did jack with the base Sharigan's potential.
