Did anyone else get the feeling that Tatsuki was supposed to develop powers (Like Inoue or Sado), but then the idea was abandoned? Can anyone confirm or deny this?
Kubo didn't plan anything in advance.
She was supposed to get powers, as well as be a love interest for Ichigo, but Kubo is a retard and had to drop her to nothing more than side character cameos because budget etc.
