If Korosensei attack first, he'll lose a bunch of tentacles but since he got regeneratives pwoer it's no big deal.
Once he figures out Accelerator uses a shield that reverse every vector that touches it, he can just pull back his tentacle at the las tmoment, as he's been shown numerous time to be very precise in his movements.
