I personally disagree. I think each mini-arc had a strong enough idea to make all of the episodes worthwhile. The over-arching story is really just peeling back the layers of the MC, so I suppose your investment is dependent on how much you like her. Well that and Humanity's slow decline.Time Paradogwas pretty fucking confusing though I'll give you that.
