So, I just started Maria The Virgin Witch after watching a video where someone said it had some of the most realistic medieval arms, armour, and combat of any movie or tv show he'd seen. Minus the magic, which is pretty much only used to make people run away from a battle.
The thing is, it's got a lot of other stuff going on in it. I have to pause the video every once in a while to ask myself just what the FUCK I'm watching.
It's not a bad series, and actually being surprised when seeing things is nice, but it's kind of fucking weird at times.
Who else has seen this, and what was your experience watching it?
I'd rather have a non-spoiler thread, but it's looking like one of the dumb endgame reveals that everyone will see coming a mile away is that this Maria will turn out to be a reincarnation of the other Maria they're talking about or something.
