I can't really view her as a believable real human which really lessensthe effect of her deathon me. Her entire character seems to be constructed just for the purpose of eliciting feelings out of the audience which has the opposite effect on me since it is too blatant.
Is it just me, or had Gen Urobuchi kinda fallen off the radar? He hasn't been the lead writer of a TV series since Psycho-Pass and has only had limited involvement with most shows that slap his name on it for marketing purposes.
The latest thing to come from him was the Psycho-Pass movie, which was good, but that came out in Japan in January and Urobuchi hasn't been in a leading position since then.
He is just a flavor of the month guy and people grew tired of him.
