In Event # RessacaFriends2015 (Brazil) the owner of NewPop publisher confirmed a second season for No Game No Life (apparently inadvertently).

I'm wondering, people sometimes complain about the fanservice in kill la kill, because they claim it had no purpose. But after all, wasn't that even more of a case with Tengen Toppa? After all in KlK the nudity actually did fit the narrative context, I mean theclothes were the fuckin villains. On top of that Ryuuko embracing her nakedness was an important factor for her development.
I'm not saying that nudity wasn't also used as a means to just give otaku boners, but besides that it did have thematic purpose. But in Gurren Lagann? Yoko is there for pure fanservice, hell compared to Ryuuko, Satsuki, Nono or Mako she's totally bland in terms of personality.

I sort of agree with you and sort of don't. I enjoyed stuff like Kill la Kill or Monogatari, but I think those shows had something offer besides just fanservice. On the other hand I've seen lots of ecchi were really most of the thing was just a chore to watch and as much as the girls were sexy it just wasn't enough. I mean in the end if I want to fap I'll just watch hentai, porn or if I specifacally like the designs of the girls in that show I can easily find compilations of the erotic scenes.
I think there was a lot more nudity in Kill la Kill, despite it actually mattering in the narrative. Not to mention there isn't a male main character that casuals can project themselves onto so some people will complain about things just to shit on it.

I'm watching Kaiba right now and honestly, can't say I'm impressed.
I don't really see anything that could be the supposed Yuasa's genius here. I can't get into this show, it fails to make me immersed. I'm just watching it thinking "ah, okay". World building is extremely vague, things just happen without any proper build up or logical connection. Kaiba is with this person this episode, later with other, either everyone does what Kaiba wants or he's super passive and swept by events around him. I can see the anime touches on some rarely used or quite hard subjects but the way it happens simply isn't interesting.
Five episodes so far and I'm not sure if I'll be able to finish this year.
