There's still the whole dungeon plot to go through. Once they get Laius's sister back, maybe they'll go even deeper in the dungeon beyond what they know.
This arc will end soon but I really doubt the whole manga will. It's fairly successful and there are plenty of introduced plotlines to explore, not to mention more than enough room to introduce new stuff as well.

No, it's terrible with a painfully generic and shitty cast of main characters. If they could all kill themselves and give Mephisto, the only interesting character, the role of the MC it would be worth.
Also it might have the single worst pacing I have ever witnessed in a monthly manga. This is off the top of my head but I cannot instantly recall anything worse.
It's the end of the series, Ikoma won't wake up, everyone grieves after realizing what happens and the show cuts to black.
Timeskip, it shows Ikoma's grave next to Takumi's being visited by an older Kajika.
Shot of Ayame ruling the country with Kurusu standing on her side and Yukina commanding a hayajiro along with Sukari and Kibito maybe.
Then the last shot has several children asking a figure about the kabane and the beginning on how humanity reclaimed their land.
