Earth would be rekt in pieces by the androids even harder then in Trunks' timeline because there would be no SSJ, but it's possible Piccolo could wreck them if fused with Kami which I doubt he would do because before Raditz came Piccolo was all about being demon king again and not saving earth.

Has anyone else begun to lose the interest they once had in anime? The only series that still have any effect on me are Texhnolyze, Tatami's Galaxy and Bokurano (though the manga was better). Of course there are a couple fun rides and a couple great anime movies I haven't included but I just can't enjoy anime the same way I used to, especially the recent ones. I have hope for Abe, and I hope Despera will rekindle my enthusiasm but recently it feels like watching anime has become a chore. Has anyone else felt this way? Is this just a phase where I have to watch something great in order to get over it, or is a break needed?

So, I just watched the movie, and while the fighting was nicely animated, it is still somewhat silly to me, the whole Dragonball Universe after the DBZ Freeza arc that is.
I mean, they are not even making any sense in their own framework.
Why the fuck would Son Goku, in God form, still needs to breath air in the first place?
Didn't he even fight Beerus outside of the Earth's atmosphere in the movie before?
And why would Vegeta be defeated by small destruction of a planet?
I don't buy the explanation that it comes all down to breathing, so he can't exist in the vacuum.
Next time Freeza just blows up the Earth from the moon.

The CGI is horrendous, though.
DBZ Warriors can dish out a lot of damage, but can't take as much. I mean, has anyone really taken a hit that was a confirmed planet buster in the series?
as for Son Goku needing to breathe air, his SSG form just allows him to use godly ki. He doesn't become a god. He was only fighting in the upper atmosphere.
