So I'm watching FMA for the first time and one thing is bugging me.
Why can't all alchemists just make a tatoo of transmutation circles so they don't have to draw them even for the smallest transmutations?

This is pretty confusing, since you can draw a circle (on surface) with pretty much anything that can draw.
Most of the alchemists that are worth anything in combat do have something to make them able to instantly activate their alchemy.

Has animation become more lazy and CGI oriented over time?
I think Anno should of grabbed the original film reels of Daicon III and IV whilst he was in the Gainax vault collecting the NGE masters before those bozos burn the building to the ground to collect the insurance money.

What is your favorite mecha anime from the last 5 years?
Mine is Majestic Prince. I like the design of the mechs. Excellent battle scenes and one of the few anime where CGI looks good. Story, music and characters were all fun imo aswell.
