Here's one: Christmas Cake he somehow stays a magical girl, because it turns out magic isn't based on age, but virginity.
Here's another: SoL that starts like NNB or Aria, before the character and their home are swept over in a bloody war. It ends with the character returning to her prior peace, but finding it now thoroughly surreal and uncomfortable since all her friends and family have died.
Those both took around 10 seconds to come up with just by thinking abut subverting genre norms.
Details don't matter, it's apparent most writers just make shit up as they go anyways.
