Dr Otaku
It's a sol mix of his work and personal life
Toi was a hardcore Otaku and only ever wanted to make anime. His parents didn't want him to waste his genius brain on trash so they pushed him to go to medical school which he graduated at the young age of 22 specializing in gynecology. After finishing med school he moves in with his 24 year old sister Mei. In spite of her being a total normie and him being a weird otaku they have always been close.
His first day as a gynecologist didn't go quite as expected. Most of his patients aren't as young or attractive as in his favorite harem anime and the smells are more putrid and foul than anything he has ever smelled in his life.
When not at work he spends all day watching anime, reading manga, and shit posting online.
After a while his sister tries to get him to break away from that life style. At first he is reluctant but then he decides to take her up on her offer an go out with her and her friends from work.
Over time he slowly becomes more social and starts to become friends with his sister's friends.
One night at a club her meets this girl yada yada yada they have a drunken one night stand. Only he thinks she actually loved him when he finds out it was a one time thing he falls into a depression and regresses. Soon something far worse happens
While at work he notices his sister is one of his patients. Even someone depraved as him doesn't want to examine his own sister but he can tell by the look on her face she is really concerned about something. So he sucks it up, straps on his gloves and gets up in there. He notices a lump. He takes a scraping and sends it off to a lab.
When he gets the results back he holds her and they both cry. Right before she goes into chemo he makes a promise that he will marry a good girl and make her a proud aunt.
He eventually marries a cute biology professor.
The last scene is of him, his wife, his twins, and his sister having a nice family outing at the park.

After the death of his father, Hiroaki's family as well as himself is devastated by the loss. About 3 months after the funeral he is visited by the spirit of his father and is able to talk to him once again. His father learns of the great overbearing depression that has loomed over his family since his loss. Working with Hiroaki, he helps the family move on, however he does not know the heaviest depression looms on his own son.
