The eyes could be bigger and moved down. The mouth corners are too wide. The cheeks and jaw are too masculine. Other than that looks good and like a human.

front of the skull shouldn't be as wide as the back. The skull is kind of a triangle shape from top view, with the point at the forehead, and the base at the occipital/parietal
People always think it's some aborigine male. It's supposed to be a young lady. So I increased the eyes and changed the jaw. The ears are the same though I can't be bothered to sculpt them. I still need to make the forehead smaller too.

Great. It might be zbrush's perspective but I would push the bottom jaw forward to get rid of the overbite. Plump up the cheeks a bit too they are not totally planar.
