My New3DS is on 11.0, which is apparently unsalvageable without access to Homebrew to set up smdchunkhax. Even then, I'd rather not fuck over SMD since I still need to 100% it.
My brother's Old3DS is on 10.7, but the OoThax save I have set up is for New3DS, not Old3DS. I think that's why it's crashing, anyways. I really wish I hadn't tried to play Smash with him a few weeks ago; his Old3DS was probably really old update-wise since he rarely uses it now-a-days.
Oh well, at least there looks to be more injectors now other than that one that asks for feetposting.

I don't have any more main files and PKHeX is still doing that shit.
To elaborate, I export my savefile from OR with OoThax and save manager, get it on my SD, plug SD in laptop, Open up PKhex, automatically loads the main in my SD card, edits everything out, tries to export main to SD card, overwrite, PKhex crashes shortly after.
Open up main again from the SD card.
File is unedited.

Something fucked up is happening.
Trying to export main from the edited save file says my SD is locked, while I can manage any files as much as I want.
Loading the main file with the newest version of PKhex gives me my edits, but I can't seem to put those changes in my SD.
Using an old version of PKhex gives me the old save without the edits (Same main file). The old version of PKhex can edit and save shit to my SD card without any issues.

What save manager are you using?
Is there a homebrew to create pokemon on the 3ds? pchex++ only lets you change existing pokemon, not create new ones.

Yes I can, and any changes that I make to the file in the newest version of PKhex are null, they save in another file but that file won't be recognized by the save editor or the previous version of pkhex.
I noticed however, that when I export main in the newest version it saves itself as Main Sav instead of CyberSav that the previous (Non hack check) version of PKhex used.

Now it's making ghost files.
Whenever I save something from that version of PKhex to my computer, I have no way of seeing it, and no other program detects it.
Only that version of Pkhex can find and read the file it created, this applies for all files.

Using compatibility mode doesn't does shit. My antivirus is updated and hasn't detected anything in my SD card. I formated it and restored a backup just in case and no go. I think pkhex might not be saving shit for whateve reason and just somehow pulls it off from an internal database.

I was out of town for the last month and other excuses thanks m8s
So I booted my 3ds up after a long ass time.
I remember I used PKHeX to modify my main box with all my faves.
Now when I try to fight my friends I get "you cannot battle against the other party's pokemon"
After googling, seems my team is illegal now.
So I wanted to go back to PKHeX and try fixing them. Only problem is, I can't. I have a 3ds 11.0.0.33. And it's not a case of just removing the SD and Replacing like It was when I originally did it.
Now I got to go through this whole mess of homebrew crap for it.
I have a fuck ton of pokemon I want remade, so I don't want to ask you guys to do it. But can you guys give me some advice on what to do?

Also, for people wanting to know how to inject, you need a way to access the Homebrew or a save manager installed, but this can be only possible on latest firmware with a CFW. So of you are still on 10.7 or lower you could give a try and buy a copy of Cubic Ninja/Ocarina of Time+Power Save/Sky3DS (don't know if that still works).
