okay so i'm currently at the part in Pailect's guide where you just open OTPHelper and then do the one click setup, and i'm completely done with it, but i didn't set up wifi on the 2nd rednand wipe (in section 1). am i fucked? i already downgraded rednand to 2.1 so it'll be a black screen no matter what, but wifi is set up on sysnand.
tldr i don't have wifi enabled on rednand but i do on sysnand, and just got done with the OTPhelper setup and wanted to check if it even matters if i didn't have it set up on rednand before the 2.1 downgrade

I have emunand back from when the N3DS didn't support firmware above 9.5 so I'm kinda behind.
The guides talk about rednand, a9lh and other new advancements since then but I'm a bit confused.

Can anyone help me out on this? So every game i've downloaded has worked. I've been trying to play majora's mask, but i've gone thru many .cia installations and none of them seem to work for me. I'm running the current Luma3DS. That's basically all I have going on. I have bare minimum for homebrew apps. CIAngel, Braindump, and HANS.
Now, I'm trying to get Decrypt9WIP to cooperate with me to decrypt a legit CIA file so I can unpack it and edit.
As far as I'm aware, because I am able to run Luma on the latest firmware without a hitch -- I can't actually get Decrypt9WIP to work as - is. ( But because I try to be optimistic, I threw it in the /3ds folder anyway, and it gives me red - black - red - homebrew screen. )
So, all of you who are much better at the hacking scene than I, what the fucky do I do to get this working?
Or, should I just go look for a decrypted file from someone else?

The thing is, it's not of my own region but I'd like to have two emuNANDs (which are booted from a9lh then) with different regions so I'd have all three regions on itmainly because I use >cakes because I like mid-kid's approach more than Aurora one's.
I want to have those partitions so that each emuNAND accesses its own "/home" partition.

Luma can boot 2 emunands as far as I know. If you tinyformat 2 of the NANDs each becomes their own seperate nand

I think, you misunderstood me (besides Cakes can also load multiple emuNANDs).
What I meant was that each NAND has its very own partition of the SD card, not being able to access the other NANDs' partition.
For example, I'd have a 32GB SD card in the n3DS. Now I'd want the JAP sysNAND to have 5GB of it and the US emuNAND 10. If the rest goes to the EUR it'd be 17GB as opposed to every NAND having access to the whole SD card.
