Sort of. It technically works on newest version if you have Cubic Ninja or set up OoTHax/Ironhax before updating. Otherwise no, unless you buy Cubic Ninja. Check the flowchart on the OP for more info.

Your 3DS version is irrelevant as long as you have all the game updates. Since we can enter eShop with homebrew on lower version to download any possible update, they can no longer lock us out like they did back in 9.5.

It's not that easy, PS is full of kikery and if you modify anything outside their shitty editor they won't sign your save, and every edit you do is server-sided. It was actually possible for a few days but then they went full jew and blocked it.

It's a bit outdated yeah, I was gonna update it yesterday but completely forgot. But yeah if you use the latest HANS (released on 2nd november) you can skip that step entirely.

It's the app the eShop spoofer runs onto. Re-download the starter kit from smea's site, copy the '3ds' folder from it and paste over the one in your sd. Overwrite everything.

It's hardcoded not to be shiny. If it can be shiny though an oversight (like WISHMKR Jirachi), it will technically be legal but still not be tradeable. But unlike Jirachi we don't even know if it exists because everywhere we can get Celebi it's programmed to never be shiny.
