Nothing that I haven't been using for years. Like I said, my grandmother had a similar thing happen to her finger and it turned out to be some form of skin cancer, so there's always that wonderful option. Funny thing is, my grandmother pretty much did the same thing I just did, but she used a pair of fingernail clippers to dig it out.

The city nearby was launching their pyrotechnics and on a whim I decided to walk over and see it.
