Yeah she's straight buffed even as far as damage goes so long as she has her ult available; incandescence should draw attention to her as well, making her stronger as an attention/damage soak.
At level 6 her damage output potential without sunlight is buffed by 10 assuming she can make use of all those little incandescences; with passive IIRC she gets even heftier but I didn't save the math I really should have.
