We really should have some semi serious discussion with Hiro about leniency with the cup related matters. For something built entirely upon 4chan we should really have more dealings within the site.
First up we'd need to make an appeal for it. Addressing Hiro directly, very clearly, and courteously would likely yield the most favorable result
We could point out the /sp/ model for match day (single) threads as both an active working example of 4cc fitting into the 4chan ecosystem and as potential model for how other boards could handle these matters.
Probably should lay down some guidelines too, so as to have a baseline for arbitrations with the moderation and janitorial staff. Preferable these should be self imposed as each board handles things slightly different to each other and laying out hard rules is generally very restrictive. Plus we have to account for those brief periods where manager staff have to interface with the board between cups to prep for things like rosters, anthems, and goalhorns.

I want to clear things up. Because people seem to think I am or was a good manager and /wotg/ somehow carries this decent status.
I couldn't get /wotg/ out of the group stages in our debut at VGL4. Look at QD, on his debut he managed to get /5N@F/ all the way to the final and win, or what about /hsg/'s manager, similar story. I couldn't even beat autocrat when he managed /d2g/ with a meme formation.
Fast forward to VGL5 and /wotg/ manages to 9 point a group with two auto pilots. /wotg/ managed to pes through /gsg/ and when they finally met a decent team we lost 3-0.
Now here we are, almost bottom of the group with win rate less than 50%. I'm a yellow in WoT and I'm a yellow here. I'm not a good manager and VGL6 /wotg/ isn't a great team mate.
