If you land every single shot, you can get in about 3 before she freezes you, or she can just iceblock, which resets all the damage she's done to you. Set your DPI/Sensitivity really low. You should be turning and moving using your arm and aiming using your wrist. If you can do a single 360 from one side to the other side of the mousepad, you're probably in a decent range. It will take some time to get used to if you normally play on high DPI/sensitivities.

They already added Snipers. honestly if all a stealth guy is good for is ganking the shit out of widows, hanzos, and the wannabe sniper mei and mcrees that camp out the back lines that would be a fun dynamic.
