Well both of the Paladin spells revealed for WoG are pretty mediocre.
Stand Against Darkness is terrible tempo and unless it get's synergy will never see play (because it will always be better to just play a 5/5 with a decent battlecry on turn 5 or something) and Forbidden Healing is debatable as to it's effectiveness at the moment (on here at least it seems 50/50 with some people saying it's complete trash and others saying it's really good, generally this means the card will be mediocre).
After standard comes in Paladins will lose most of their best shit and become really bad unless they get new, genuinely good cards to play in this expansion.

Healing for 20 hp is no joke, but it's a giant tempo loss. Lay on Hands already is a big tempo loss, but it's also a very good card draw so it's fine in late-game oriented decks.
Both Reno and healbot put a body on the board and in the late game you can do something with it immediately, like PO/shadowflame or defender of argus.10-mana heal does nothing for your tempo. It's the same reason why BGH or keeper of uldaman are such good, even if situational removals compared to something like Assassinate.
