Get the armor from Gerson, it makes mistakes much less punishing. Keep the ballet shoes though because they do significantly more damage than the notebook with proper timing. Undyne the Undying's attacks aren't random, so with enough practice you'll know what's coming and be able to react better.

First off you mostly use solid colors and do not draw using a brush but rather binary? So artifacts show very easily, and also because of the color indexing used for png, the filesize will be smaller and the quality will be lossless.
TL;DR it's better in literally every way for your images.

I made a gradient background in photoshop then used the Color Halftone filter with all the channels set to 0 and increased the pixel size to around 25 or so. The put another layer over with color and played around with the layer options. I think that one was inverse.
