Fuck me. I didn't update until today, and I got every achievement I could in offline mode. Now steam says I didn't get any achievement post second-to-last update, i.e., everything keeper related.

The point being that patching the game is okay but they still got to balance the game, I also beat Mega Satan on Hard Mode with the Lost without using continues and Afterbirth did not take that into account, so yeah the deal here is that Edmund and Tyrone break shit up and people find a way to exploit and have fun, this is was literally how Wrath of the Lamb worked.
Now there is some pretentiousness about the game where Edmund and Tyronne truly believe that the game is well balanced when both have admitted to ever have played it all that much.
The frames for the keeper are super weird, you can get killed instantly at full health.

>bomb donation machine to max out money
>along the way get the angel room key and like 3 orbitals (meat cube, sworn protector, and sacrificial knife)

i did hush and the chest first, i got a death's touch in the first room which helped me and then i got some tears up items which helped me immensely when i got lost contact and sagittarius in the two rooms in blue womb which basically meant hush (or anyone else) couldnt get a single bullet off because the lost contact would nullify it and since the scythes are so big and fired so fast it was a snooze
next room was dark room and i got moms knife early and some other stuff that i cant quite remember.
for the final run which was mega satan i found dad's key in the first room which was lucky because i could take moms knife from a devil deal. i had some damage ups too and an algiz rune which i popped as soon as i took a hit of damage once i almost killed the ultra greed/sloth/gluttony/pride combo. it took like 2-3 seconds to get mega satan through each phase and kill the angel minibosses so the rune lasted the remainder of the fight.
