Expanding upon what the other guy said, the YGO game is a card game, not a RPG, and Natural Doctrine is a SRPG. I'm assuming you want an actual turn-based RPG like a Final Fantasy game.
The only turn-based RPG I can recommend is Final Fantasy Type-0 HD. Omega Quintet also exists, but it is low budget idol shit. Your enjoyment may vary.

The gameplay is tons of fun, and unlocking and customizing guns and playing different ways is great. Its basically Farcry with more focus on sneaking.
The story is pretty bad and barely has anything to do with MG, but you can easily get some 30-50 hours or more doing side missions and messing with different guns and leveling the base up.

I don't play jack online except for Destiny so I figured playing the PS4 equivalent of smash would get me used to playing online in an environment where frame data was completely irrelevant thus leading to an easier experience.
If I had played the same underwater match in Ultra or DoA I would literally be a giant ball of rage right now. But as it is, I'm just very hesitant about playing online at all.
