Since there is such a gray area in defining what is or is not a "glitch" in this game, a group of OoT players voted to define a set of rules that they would all abide by. It is important that all players use the same rules, since it allows them to compare times with each other. These rules are not perfect, but they are the current standard

I don't think I've watched any of SGDQ this time around. I've usually had KHgames to get me in, and then I check it out more, but I've been paying little attention to the schedule.

Think about crouch stabbing. Say you ban it and say no one is allowed to do it.
Then in a run someone does a jump slash followed by a crouch stab. Have they abused the glitch? That's something a casual player could easily end up doing. If they stab twice have they abused it? Three times? etc etc.
The only way to get rid of that uncertainty is to allow the glitch.

glitchless runs are avoiding glitches to skip parts of the sections of the game in full. glitchless runs are able to abuse glitches to still play the game as normal (for the most part)
normally a glitch is used to abuse a bug in a game to skip sections of games but what hes doing is abuse them to progress things faster. he could have been doing entire skips on dungeons, but since its glitchless he still has to play them and get the keys and such.
using storage to store mastersword damage in the hammer is a glitch, but doesnt allow it to skip a bossfight, only make it go faster
as you can see now in the stream this is what a normal glitch run would use to make things progress faster.
