Yelling for dual-audio for a game that was in another language to start with, is literally just a matter of a 1/0 switch in game telling it which files to use, and a small menu option to flip it.

I listen to foreign music in its native language usually, however there are exceptions like stuff by Utada where, if available, I'll listen to her music in English.
I watch foreign anime films dubbed when available and in Japanese with English subtitles otherwise. I don't watch anything live action, so if you're referring to foreign movies in that sense I can't say.
I enjoy hearing things in my native language and figuring out which actors I like and which ones I don't. I like following the voice acting industry much in the same way some people follow seiyuu.

Most games with anime artstyles are also set in Japan, so having the characters speak Japanese makes more sense. Resident Evil and Metal Gear are set in the US, or when not set in the US, still star american characters. Dark Souls is a european-style fantastic, Nintendo games are usually pure fantasy, and Sonic is pure fantasy that was designed to sell in America and when it incorporates real world elements, they're american. Bayonetta takes place in fantasy europe.
Dark Souls has no Japanese track. Bayonetta didn't have any japanese voice talent associated with it until the movie, the original game was english with japanese subtitles in Japan. Nintendo games usually don't have voice acting, the grunts and short phrases that come out of Mario and Link are the same worldwide. Some Sonic games have dual audio.

I dunno. When I play a game where the audio is in a language I understand, I feel like I'm able to connect with characters better. To me, playing/watching something in a language I don't understand with subs is basically just reading while I hear some random fucking gibberish I don't understand in the background. I don't associate the voices with the characters at all. It's just background noise to me. I'd rather have no voices at all than Jap only voices.

1. don't have japanese audio
2. have dual audio
3. have a history of good english dubs
Dual audio is also a much easier thing to come by in recent years with most games having it, as well as there still comes the problem of cheap localization teams buy shitty voice actors or not enough influence for English voice actors to have a constant good list of dubs.

Teddie had to be recast (Wittenburg mostly retired, still does Kakashi due to contract terms probably)
Kanji had to be recast starting with Q (moot poitn as Mercer seems to be more natural Range for Kanji, and Troys new line sin golden were phoend in as fuck.)
Naoto voice changed in Q, Margaret voice changed (the rumor is original naoto was ATLUS staffer)
and Rise changed in DAN

No Mercer didn't take over until Q and arena ultimax. troy did Kanji until halfway through the anime dub,t hen mercer switched.
it's very easy to tell with kanji's new lines because they all sound like Troy unable to figure out what voice he used and not in the mood to do a retake, while the old lines sound normal. if they we're goign to replace troy they'd have done what they did with Erin and jsut full redubbed kanji for consistency.
