I need your help guys. I'm new to building my own rigs, but i did quite some research. Nonetheless I want to ask if you see any bottlenecks in this rig or if you have any recommendations on what i could change.

CPU. The i5-6600k is out and it's slightly better performance at much better power consumption
As for the newer gpu, the 1070 crushes the 970, so splurge on it if you want, but if you need to keep a budget, yeah stick with the 970, or wait until the new AMD cards come out to see how they compare.

You can immediately drop both the Win 10 license. Pirate and activate Windows 7, do the free upgrade with a fresh install, and ta-a, you have a fully licensed version of Windows 10 that will update 'forever'.
Physical media is dead forever, drop the blu ray drive.
A 970 is decent; you might be able to get it for a slightly lower price than you're paying somewhere else - check around. Not sure about the currency conversion but that seems a little pricey for a mid-tier card from last year.
Processor is probably fine; I haven't checked the latest model numbers, but as long as you're getting the best i5, you should be good. May want to look for a 'K' version if you're interested in ever overclocking.
Do you have 2 coolers or are you paying $60 for a fan? Hard to tell with your strange foreign language. Either way you're retarded.
Note that including a decent keyboard, monitor, and mouse is always going to drive the price higher than what you get quoted for prebuilt. Price you pay for 100% good components. Not saying it's a bad thing; I've got a $350 monitor and a $170 keyboard that I love. Just something to keep in mind.
Oh, and I also can't tell if you have/want a headset or some kind of speakers.
