China has copyright laws just like everyone else. The thing is, you have to go to China and use the Chinese legal system to sue someone in China breaking these laws.
If you're not Chinese that's basically impossible. The Chinese legal system is set up in such a way it's almost impossible for foreigners to sue the Chinese.
Even if you do manage to sue them, you know what'll happen? The company you sue will have transffered all their money to another bank account and claim they've got no money and shut down due to bankruptcy the next day, the day after that using the new bank account they'll start a new company that has absolutely no debts and then they'll carry on using the copyright infringing material because that was another company that got sued, not them, enjoy all that hassle again (this is totally legal in China by the way).
