It's fine if someone's an asshole, if it's too bad I can just leave the game and play somewhere else, but when the game is set up in such a way that I am compelled to stay or be punished, I'm suddenly stuck in a room with an asshole for an indeterminate amount of time. I don't have thin skin, but it makes the game itself less enjoyable when I don't have control over who I play with for a half hour or so, especially when I don't have much free time in the day.
