The thing about Junko is that conventional despair doesn't work on her. So you need to go next-level - something that requires a larger amount of people working together. Anything related to fucking her probably won't work. Threatening death won't either. The only thing that would probably work is a mass amount of hope coming together at once to thwart every plan she had - and that on a level stronger than what happened in DR1, since that never really broke her. She willingly chose death out of despair, but other plans were still in motion, and choosing death was still an action she took herself.
I believe that if you truly, completely, and utterly managed to break Junko with despair, she would just cease to function. Like a totally overheated computer that force shuts down to prevent the innards melting. A complete and utter overload. Anything lower than that will only turn her on harder and make her even more determined to bring despair to you in other forms, and that's a suboptimal result.
Of course, given the amount of fallbacks Junko has going - computer viruses, AIs in Monokumas, all that guff - I doubt that anything would be able to truly break her. Oh don't worry, I didn't like Nagito's philosophy on talent either, when he started to badmouth Hajime when he found out he was a reverse course student, despite being the guy he looked up to the most out of the cast. He viewed people on what they are rather than who they are.
He's has the exact opposite belief on Ishimaru's take on talent, where he doesn't even believe he has one, he only sees himself as an ordinary person and that anybody could be able to accomplish anything if they put their mind to it. Made me really respect the guy for that.

gameplay has a standard investigation section where you find clues and evidence and shit. trials are a combination of a shooting minigame where you shoot someone's words with a relevant piece of evidence with a hangman minigame, rhythm minigame, and then a part at the end where you put the case together panel by panel in a comic book format. second game also includes a minigame that's kinda like fruit ninja. Not just me, but the majority of people in these threads feel this way about DR2. Pretty much every FTE route added a ton of character to everyone, whereas DR1 had several which added nothing beyond what you already get from going through the story anyway.
