Pallies have come a long way since 3.0 though, after the str nerf their dps is a lot closer to the other 2 tanks than it was before, you'd be surprised, as MT you're gonna lose some dps even on sword oath because you need to put RoH into your rotation for enmity/str debuff, but being able to trigger shield swipe trough sheltron makes up a bit for it. And yeah, clemency and divine veil are life savers, even though you shouldn't really need to use clemency in an ideal world, but that rarely happens.

-Make Halone a bit stronger (290 potency maybe) and/or increase the enmity modifier to the 5.5x standard of other tanks.
-Do something with Clemency, anything.
-Give us some manner of spammable AoE, even if its very weak, like 50 potency.

Well, I would say because warrior requires a bit of a higher skill cap to play properly (I think the hardest tank to actually master is DRK), also, pallies mitigation is fucking unmatched, and hallowed ground is a god tier skill, even allowing you to completely avoid stacks from some raid bosses and stay on dps stance. I main PLD but after seeing the 3.0 to 3.2 era before the str nerf I just can't really complain, warriors were fucking beasts back then compared to what they are now. I think all 3 tanks can perform fairly well in any situation now, at least better than before, even though it's obvious that every comp ends up winning in every sense with a warrior, won't deny that tanking in general could use some balance, but welp, at least it looks like it's going in a nice direction lately.

Bitch, back in the day I held together a Leviathan EX that all our DPS had fallen off of, except for my DRG friend, one other DPS (or maybe one tank), and me as a SCH.
I've never experienced such a flurry of button presses. Healing (keeping in mind the fucking debuff stack), DPSing, micromanaging, the lot. We would have won, too, if it weren't for a poorly-timed ultimate on Levi's part. It's a bit hard to build the meter with only three of us.
I once had an FC mate tell me that she had trouble healing, because she could only reach up to the 4 key. Yeah. So don't lump all controller and keyboard players together: both have their shitters.
I just think the game feels better on controller.

When I was leveling crafters early in HW it wasn't that big of a deal but I had melded endgame ARR crafting gear (Artisan I think was it called? The chocobo apron things) with Supras and I used 3* and 4* rotations for Lv50. There's basically an entire 2.x crafting progression you're missing. I don't know why they did it like that, it's extremely inaccessible for new players, but Yoshifraud is gonna fraud
