I think it's fine as is, other than maybe a radius close to the mech where you can't avoid damage by hiding behind a wall.
It does extremely well to clear an area, because even if everybody flees, nobody on the enemy team will be near her mech or survive next to itunless they hide behind a wall close to it. Her ULT is perfect for breaking up overtime matches, and usually determines who twins.
It also causes instant panic, and is a great distraction. If your team is competent enough, they can pressure people fleeing from her mech.

Her long range abilities are better than the vast majority of classes. Her DPS might be lower, but her slow lets her kite/pursue as appropriate and land her shots. The icicle drops down to something like 40 dps at long range, and it's not even a particularily impressive weapon at mid-range. The spray is not even mid-range, it's not applicable in a discussion of long-range power. That's sort of it: it's a LOT less flexible than proper rocket jumps because it caters to retards.
Rocket jumping on a cooldown is shit, you can't jump in and then out easily.
Rocket jumping with a set vertical distance is also shit, you can't way overshoot that small ledge you want to get onto, exposing your location + head to snipers way more than it should be.
I get that they wanted to make it more accessible, but it also makes it TERRIBLE at the same time.

Tracer's insane in that she can unload 40 bullets, dash out, go back in to unload her entire shit and leave. Get hit once and its almost always worth it to Recall. Practice that recall until you know exactly when its up like clock work.

As a Mercy player, Tracers are the bane of my existence. A good Tracer is nearly unkillable and while she may not kill anyone, she'll harass your backline the entire game distracting you from the main threat.
