That is what I am assuming too cause my specs are pretty decent and should handle games especially low end indie games at times but they lag and stutter

This might not apply in your case, but games made with UE will do that if left running for long enough. Can't figure out what the problem is though because some of them have zero issues, while the ones that have the problem range from indie titles to AAA releases.
