The intention of purchasing it isn't just to play the game. It's to show a demand and make it possible for a sequel to happen which I firmly believe would be one of the greatest rpg's as dragons dogma with all it's issues has some of the best mechanics I've seen in a game like this. The last time I played DD I had made my pawn look like my girlfriend. She even "modelled" for me to make it look like her because I thought she was so cute. Then she left me a few months later. When I had turned the game on and I saw her there, I just had to turn the game off.
I'm ultra pumped for the PC release though. Gonna be my 3rd or 4th time playing through. I can't decide if I want to go full longbow, I had been playing as a Mystic Knight and have already beaten the game as an Assassin and Warrior.

I agree completely. It's a 3 year old game, it has bad reviews, the beginning of the game is boring, the pawns are annoying. Chances are it's not going to sell very well. The fact of the matter is it's better for me to try then just state "it's not going to happen".
