The intention of purchasing it isn't just to play the game. The last time I played DD I had made my pawn look like my girlfriend. She even "modelled" for me to make it look like her because I thought she was so cute. Then she left me a few months later. When I had turned the game on and I saw her there, I just had to turn the game off.

No one said AV is 100% foolproof. Most of the time those files even if infected won't affect your PC due to the fact that they are extremely packed as well. It is when you unpack those files where it all goes to hell. Go install the game and then scan your PC again, if it is clean, it is probably clean.

Welp, there goes the PR.exe miner. Scanning the temp installation destination too see what it's actually doing. But it's not really writing anything to the disk at the moment, just reading and it's using about 5-15% of my CPU and less than 2Mb of RAM. Seems harmless enough.
